Smart house Software for Airthings Wave units.

Software that extracts real-time data from Airthings Wave and publishes it to an MQTT broker. From here, they can be imported into an automation system that supports Mqtt, and most systems on the market today does. We have used HomeSeer Hs3 with the mcsMQTT plugin with great success. Compatible with HomeSeer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker, OpenHAB and others. Once the data has been imported, rules can be set for the control of ventilation, heat, air purifier, humidifier, radon trap and other equipment. The program requires an Mqtt broker such as Mosquitto and Python 3.5 and higher. Can only run on linux cause its dependent on the bluepy library. Tested on Pi and Ubuntu. Two versions available, one for wave1 units and one for wave2 units.

Smart House software for Blauberg wifi v.2 units

Fan2Mqtt and Mqtt2Fan monitor and controls wifi heat recovery devices with the powerful MQTT protocol. A protocol used by most automation systems on the market today. Like for example. Homeseer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker and OpenHAB. Compatible with Blauberg Expert Wifi v.2, Vents Twinfresh Wifi v.2, Flexit Roomie One Wifi v.2 and Duka One S6W/S6BW units. We have ready monitor and control software to link these fans up against a mqtt broker (server). This means that they can be monitored and controlled individually or in groups from any mqtt client with rights and access to the server. The programs runs on a suitable PC, Mac or Linux device as eg Raspberry Pi. A session must be connected per fan you wish to control. The controller and fan should be in the same network, otherwise it must be routed so that the controller reaches both the fan and the server. The best solution is to have a controller for each wifi network. The controller must be able to run Python ver  3 and must have installed the MQTT library and the python-six library. The Mqtt broker (server) can be local or public. For example, I use a controller for wifi (raspberry Pi w / several mqtt2fan processes controlled by pm2 (process manager). In addition, I have a controller on a virtual Pi for office wifi and fans. Requires: MQTT Broker (eg Mosquitto). Raspberry Pi or other Linux controller, Mac or PC that can run Python. Wifi network. One or more Blauberg Expert Wifi v.2, Vents Twinfresh Wifi v.2, Duka One S6W or Flexit Roomie One Wifi v.2 units. One license for each fan you wish to control. If you buy one or more Blauberg Vento Expert Wifi v.2 units you get a 75% discount on the licenses! If you have purchased a license and want more, contact us and we will expand to two or more licenses. Its not possible to use two 1-license modules against one broker. Then you have to have a 1-license module and a 2-license module. etc. If you have the old type v.1 with its own software (Mqtt), you can synchronize both types of fans. That is, if you issue the blauberg / set / fan / all / combine = s1r command then all the fans will switch to speed1 and regeneration!   There are a number of commands common to the fans. For example, you can get all the fans facing north to go in one mode while all facing a different direction or floor may go in a different mode! In the event of a fire in the building, you can cause all the fans to ventilate and drain the building of air so that the fire is dampened. If you use air quality sensors then you can use these controls to control the fans If the outdoor air is heavily polluted (smoke, gas, etc.) then you can close all the fans on the side of the building in question. And if the indoor air is very bad, all the fans can be run on ventilation while you have a window or a door open, or run 50% of the fans on ventilation and 50% on supply! And on a hot summer day, you can catch cooler air from the shade of the house from the fans that are there. This will also relieve the AC system and save power. On cold winter days, the device helps to relieve the heat pump so that it does not need to run fully. Fireplace mode: The over pressure Mode(fireplace and anti radon) and under pressure mode(for wc and tech rooms) are ready  for the v.2 units. Below is a screenshot showing the montitor and control interface in HomeSeer.

Smart house Software for Airthings Wave Plus units.

Software that extracts real-time data from Airthings Wave Plus and publishes it to an MQTT broker. From here, they can be imported into an automation system that supports Mqtt, and most systems on the market today does. We have used HomeSeer Hs3 with the mcsMQTT plugin with great success. Supported by HomeSeer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker and OpenHAB. Once the data has been imported, rules can be set for the control of ventilation, heat, air purifier, humidifier, radon trap and other equipment. The program requires an Mqtt broker such as Mosquitto and Python 3.7 and higher. Can only run on Linux cause its dependent on the bluepy library.

Note! Cannot be used with Airthings Hub!

AirVisual Software for Smarthouse

We now have ready software to extract data from AirVisual Pro devices and then publish them to an MQTT broker. This way, they can be imported into any automation system that supports the MQTT protocol like HomeSeer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker, OpenHAB and others. Values you get out can help manage ventilation and give tips on when the indoor / outdoor climate is too bad. Here the MQTT data is  imported into HomeSeer Hs3. And these are the devices generated by the mcsMQTT plugin in HomeSeer Hs3. Here you see an example of events based on the aqius value used to control a fan. The programs support both local and cloud-based devices. This is how you can keep track of a device at home and e.g. at the cabin.

Smart House software for Blauberg Freshbox wifi models

Freshbox2Mqtt and Mqtt2Freshbox monitor and controls BlaubergFreshbox wifi units with the powerful MQTT protocol. A protocol used by most automation systems on the market today. Like for example. Homeseer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker and OpenHAB. Compatible with  Blauberg Freshbox 100 and 200 Wifi  units. The controller must be able to run Python 3 and must have installed the MQTT library and the python-six library. One license for each unit you wish to control. If you buy one or more Blauberg Freshbox Wifi units you get a 25% discount on the licenses! If you have purchased a license and want more, contact us and we will expand to two or more licenses. Its not possible to use two 1-license modules against one broker. Then you have to have a 1-license module and a 2-license module. etc. Freshbox with app control lacks a number of commands entered this spring software. We can mention ‘fireplace mode’ which ensures that overpressure is formed so that the stove does not switch on during firing. Supply, ventilate, night mode and party mode we have also added. If you have Blauberg vento wifi devices (v1 and v2) with their own software (Mqtt), then you can run all types of fans. That is, if you issue the command blauberg / set / fan / all / combine = s1r then all the fans will switch to speed1 and regeneration! There are a number of commands that are common to the fans. For example, you can make all the fans facing north go into one mode while all facing another direction or on another floor can go in another mode! In the event of a fire in the building, you can have all the fans ventilate and empty the building of air so that the fire is reduced. If you use air quality sensors then you can use these to control the fans so that if the outdoor air is heavily polluted (smoke, gas, etc.) then you can close all the fans on the side of the building in question. And if the indoor air is very bad, all the fans can be run on ventilation while you have a window or a door open, or run 50% of the fans on ventilation and 50% on supply! Freshbox can also then be run at full speed which gives the same effect. And on a hot summer day, you can get cooler air from the shady side of the house from the fans that are there. This will also relieve the AC system and save power. On cold winter days, the ERV models have the heating element that ensures preheating intake air so that the house does not cool down. But even then, the unit helps to relieve the heat pump so that it does not have to run at full capacity. The model for Nordic conditions, Freshbox E2-100 ERV also has a membrane which lets moisture through from the outside air so that the indoor air does not become so dry. This can prevent dry skin, cough etc.   Screenshots from HomeSeer control and monitoring screen below

Fitbit Heart Rate Monitoring and warning -Software

This software is based on the Python-fitbit-master library, and logs your heart rate continuosly(every min), and publish them to a Mqtt broker. Its a 24H logging(from midnight to midnight). Then it is possible to import them into an automation system such as  HomeSeer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker, OpenHAB and others to prosess them further. You may want to set up notification or an action if the selected limit values are exceeded. Requires a Fitbit activity band/watch that logs heartbeat. You must register  your app on Fitbit. This must be paired with a smartphone that has the Fitbit App installed. Python 3.5+ must be installed on a computer running Windows, Linux, Mac, etc. The Python-fitbit-master library must be installed from Github..

Real Time Earthquake and Tsunami warning

Get earthquakes and tsunami alerts right into your smart home system and on your smartphone. Data comes from U.S.  Geological Survey (usgs.gov) and is then processed by our program before they are  forwarded to your smartphone or into your smart home system via the Mqtt broker. Compatible with HomeSeer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker, OpenHAB and others. You can choose whether you want data on your smartphone or on the mqtt broker, or both. What happens to the information depends on which rules are set up. Eg minimum strength on earthquakes and distance to quakes. To get data into your smartphone, you need a Pushover account, and to get them into the smart home system, you need access to a Mqtt broker (local or public). The program is compatible with Windows, Linux, MacOs and other systems that can run Python 3.x. Screen dump from the python program shows that an earthquake and a tsunami alert have been detected. Status messages from Pushover to your smartphone. By clicking on the link you enter the USGS pages that show the earthquake on a map. The Mqtt broker displays data like this. Here the data from the broker is processed in the mcsMqtt plugin for HomeSeer Hs3 so that they enter Hs3. And in HomeSeer, the data can be used to set up rules for further use. In the cfg file you enter your own location, broker info, pushover info mm.
