Here I have taken screenshots of my setup at Homey which controls the Blauberg fans. In this setup I have used the Netatmo App which reports air quality (but you can also use other sources such as Airthings, Broadlink A1 etc).

After noticing a change in air quality (2) on the netatmo unit
filter the value(3)
and send a mqtt command to the broker(4).
