Apple Homekit and Homebridge.

There are a number of automation systems and standards on the market today. It is quite frustrating to have to use different apps and programs to control all the IoT devices you have in modern homes such as locks, lights, heat ventilation etc.
But there is a solution that collects many of these and presents them in a simple user interface.

By using Homebridge, you can get most IoT systems under one roof.
Homebridge can be installed on Windows, Mac, Linux, NAS and more. Read more in the homebridge wiki.
It is recommended to install homebridge-config-ui-x web user interface to Homebridge.
Homebridge is then connected to Apple’s Homekit and can then be used on all Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, Apple TV etc.
In addition, you can use the web interface on most browsers so that the menu is also available there (windows, linux, android etc.).

I have set up Homebridge with a connection to HomeSeer Hs3 / Hs4, Fibaro HC2 / HC3 and ioBroker. But Homebridge also has the option of connecting to Home Assistant, Node Red, OpenHAB etc.
Iobroker and HomeSeer have broad support for a number of IoT devices, and through Homebridge one gets access to control and monitor these.
My Worx lawn mower e.g. which can otherwise only be controlled from the App, is connected via Iobroker.

In addition, you can also connect Homebridge directly to various devices such as lights, sensors, HVAC etc.

Pioneer AVR Smart Home Software

Software for monitoring and controlling Pioneer AVRs such as SC-57, SC-55, VSX-53, VSX-LX53, VSX-52, VSX-1121, VSX-51, VSX-1021, VSX-1120, VSX-50 etc. over Ethernet or wifi using MQTT.

This product include 1 Netatmo Weather station and a various number of Healty Home Coach licenses. There are two different Python scripts running on most platforms like Windows, Linux and MacOs.

Smart House software for Blauberg Smart Wifi Fans

Fan2Mqtt and Mqtt2Fan monitor and controls Blauberg Smart wifi fans with the powerful MQTT protocol. A protocol used by most automation systems on the market today. Like for example. HomeSeer, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro HC3, Node Red, Iobroker and OpenHAB. We have ready monitor and control software to link these fans up against a mqtt broker (server). This means that they can be monitored and controlled individually or in groups from any mqtt client with rights and access to the server. The programs runs on a suitable PC, Mac or Linux device as eg Raspberry Pi. A session must be connected per fan you wish to control. The controller and fan should be in the same network, otherwise it must be routed so that the controller reaches both the fan and the server. The best solution is to have a controller for each wifi network. The controller must be able to run Python ver 3 and must have installed the MQTT library and the python-six library. The Mqtt broker (server) can be local or public. For example, I use a controller for wifi (raspberry Pi w / several mqtt processes controlled by pm2 (process manager). In addition, I have a controller on a virtual Pi for office wifi and fans. Requires: MQTT Broker (eg Mosquitto). Raspberry Pi or other Linux controller, Mac or PC that can run Python. Wifi network. One or more Blauberg Smart Wifi fans. One license for each fan you wish to control. If you buy one or more Blauberg Smart Wifi units you get a 25% discount on the licenses! If you have purchased a license and want more, contact us and we will expand to two or more licenses. Its not possible to use two 1-license modules against one broker. UNIT OPERATING LOGIC IN WINTER PERIOD

One fan supplies fresh and cold air from outdoor, which flows through the correspondent part of the ceramic regenerator and absorbs accumulated heat and humidity.At the same time, another fan extracts slate and warm air from indoor, that flows through the other part of the ceramic regenerator and transfers heat energy and moisture to it.

After 70 second of operation, fans change their directions of rotations to the opposite ones, and everything happens vice versa.

CONTROL

Control of the unit operation mode is performed by means of smartphone, sensor control panel located on the unit casing or a remote controller.

VENTO Expert DUO A30-1 W either can operate as independent unit, or can be connected with other units in a house to be controlled with a master unit. In this case, only the master unit receives a signal from the remote control. VENTO Expert DUO A30-1 W is equipped with a humidity sensor for indoor humidity control. If humidity will rise higher than set point, than the unit will boost to high speed independently from other units in the system.

The units can be connected by Wi-Fi. BlaubergVento app for Android or iOS devices isavailable at Google Play and App Store.

The VENTO Expert DUO A30-1 W unit can be connected to a laptop for advanced settings:

Master or slave;
Connection through a Wi-Fi router or directly to a smartphone.

MOUNTING

VENTO Expert A50-1 W units should be installed in the living room andbedrooms while VENTO Expert DUO A30-1 W should be installed inkitchen, bathrooms and utility room.

The unit is designed for through-the-wall installation inside a preparedhole in an outer wall of the building.
